Project background:
Guizhou Financial City Zhongtian CC PARK Building B is located in Guanshan Lake District, Guiyang City. It is developed and constructed by Zhongtian Urban Investment Group Co., Ltd. It is a large-scale financial hub in the southwest, with a construction area of 93318.47 square meters, integrating business, leisure, residential shopping , entertainment as one of the urban commercial complex. The unique regional advantages allow this area to have a huge consumer group. In the future, it is expected to have an average daily throughput of 100,000 people. Therefore, efficient and environmentally friendly ventilation facilities must be implemented when it is built to carry this huge and dense population.
Project difficulties:
There are three floors of shops on the ground floor. It is difficult for air to circulate naturally on the first and second floors below. We can only rely on the ventilation system to maintain indoor air quality. This poses a great challenge to the performance of Green Products’ ventilation equipment.
The catering shops located on the first and second floors of the basement rely on the same oil fume treatment system for centralized treatment. The two-story structure is very complex and has a huge area. How to effectively lay the pipes will be another challenge; 3. Project difficulties:
Technical design: The pipes laid on the negative second floor are transferred to the negative floor through 180 degrees. After measuring the site on the spot, the complex connecting road is solved through a 2390 degree inspection, and the 16 pipes are reduced in diameter to match the ultra-long 265 meters of custom-made flue to complete the laying of camp road system.
